According to the Financial Times, France's DANONE is in negotiations to sell all or part of its JACOBS biscuits (annual turnover in the region of FF 2.5 bn) to the investment fund HICKS MUSE TATE AND FURST. Analysts evaluate JACOBS at some £100 million.
