The computer services company FI SYSTEM has taken over the Italian Internet company MEDIAITALY (expected turnover for 2000 of 2.3 million euro) for 7.7 million euro. This acquisition will be financed by a capital increase that will give rise to an issue of 343,315 new shares offered at 22.43 euro.
