The French group ACCOR bought the 35% stake held by SHCD - SOCIETE DES HOTELS ET CO DE DEAUVILLE in its subsidiary ACCOR CASINOS for FF 454 million. ACCOR holds, following this operation, 100% of its subsidiary.
