Committee on Foreign Affairs and Security hopes fresh impetus will be given to the Barcelona Process during ministerial session in Marseilles - Draft resolution

Brussels, 14/11/2000 (Agence Europe) - The Committee on Foreign Affairs and Security matters of the European Parliament asks whether the conditions for rekindling the Barcelona Process, as proposed by the Council and European Commission, are "sufficient" and trusts that the Barcelona Process will stop running out of steam, as noted at present. A draft resolution will be submitted to the plenary assembly on Thursday, the same day as the ministerial conference for the Barcelona Process in...
