ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) sports equipment

The French group LAPORTE BALL-TRAP (annual turnover of FF 80 million with 69 employees), specialised in automatic ball-trap launchers, announced the acquisition of two of its main competitors, the French SIVIA BIRD (annual turnover of FF 15 million) and the British CLAY PIGEON COMPANY (annual turnover of FF 14 million). The value of these transactions have not been disclosed.
