Commission approves aid to investment in BASF site of Schwarzheide (Germany)

Brussels, 13/07/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has raised no objections to the investment aid that Germany is considering providing for the building of a new fungicide plant on the site of BASF Schwarzheide GmbH, in the Land of Brandenburg. This aid, notified in compliance with the Multisectoral Framework on Regional aid for Large Investment Projects, amounts to 39 million euro and represents 35% of the investment cost, which corresponds to the maximum aid intensity...
