ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) watch making

The Italian jeweller BULGARI acquired the Swiss watch maker GERALD GENTA, DANIEL ROTH as well as the MAUNFACTURE DE HAUTE HORLOGERIE for a total price of CHF 37.6 million from the Singaporean group. THE HOUR GLASS, GERALD GENTA and DANIEL ROTH have a combined turnover of more than CHF 20 million at the end of financial year in March 1999.
