ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) car equipment

VCA-VALLOUREC COMPOSANTS AUTOMOBILES (annual turnover of EUR 450 million), "car part" branch of the French tube maker VALLOUREC, has associated itself with the Japanese F-TECH (turnover of EUR 750 million in 1999). This agreement should lead to the creation of industrial joint ventures held equally by each partner.
