Conditions for "spectacular change" do not exist for now, says President Guterres

Brussels, 16/06/2000 (Agence Europe) - Speaking at a press conference, in Brussels on Thursday, the president-in-office of the European Council, Antonio Guterres, specified regarding EU relations with Austria that "the conditions do not currently exist for making a spectacular change to this decision" by the Fourteen on sanctions against Austria.
