The Belgo-German group AGFA-GEVAERT has bought 24.66% of Germany's SILLICON VISION (chips for photoscanners), along with SCHNIGGE BETEILIGUNGS and GESCO, which have each acquired 16%, and JULIUS BÄR KAPITALANLAGE which owns 10%. The remaining shares are owned by SILLICON VISION management and employees.
