(EU) EU/COMMISSION/AUSTRIA: Chancellor Schüssel to meet European Commission in Brussels on 12 July

Brussels, 16/06/2000 (Agence Europe) - Austrian Chancellor Wolfgang Schüssel is to make a visit to the European Commission on 12 July, in Brussels. The exchange of views will cover the main aspects of Community activity and the prospects of evolution, and will close with a luncheon. The Commission spokesman stressed that this meeting comes within the context of normal meetings between the European Commission and the heads of government of Member States.
