Summit in Feira to adopt two-part Action Plan on "Northern Dimension" of European external policy

Brussels, 16/06/2000 (Agence Europe) - The Feira Summit will, on Monday, adopt an Action Plan 2000-2003 for the northern dimension of European external and cross-border policy. It is in two parts: 1) a horizontal part which recalls the major challenges associated with Northern Europe, the priorities for action agreed by the partner countries (Estonia, Iceland, Lithuania, jLatvia, Norway, Poland and Russia) and the legal, institutional and financial framework for activities relating to the...
