ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) explosives

SNPE -SOCIETE NATIONALE DES POUDRES ET EXPLOSIFS- (France) has acquired a controlling share in the American firm DYNAMICS MATERIALS (turnover of EUR 30.62 million in 1999, down 23.7% from 1998), raising its stake from 14.3% to 50.8% in the US firm.
