Belgium must say "no" to an inadequate result in the IGC, says Belgian Green Pierre Jonckheer

Brussels, 30/05/2000 (Agence Europe) - In an interview published in the "Echo" on 24 May, Pierre Jonckheer, member of the Green Group in the European Parliament, said that, if the outcome of the IGC is not adequate on a certain number of key-issues, Belgium should, as far as possible, "form an active minority block".
