ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) banks

France's CREDIT LYONNAIS has sold, for an undisclosed amount, its subsidiary CLPK AIRFINANCE, specialised in the financing of aircraft for airlines, aircraft leasing firms, investors and financial institutions, to GECAS -GE CAPITAL AVIATION SERVICES. Once the sale has been concluded, the firm will be renamed PK AIRFINANCE.
