Brussels, 30/05/2000 (Agence Europe) - A little before the opening of the work of the Energy Council, Tuesday morning, a delegation from the European Federation of Public Services Unions (EPSU), made up of the spokesman Jan-Willem Goudriaan and two representatives from affiliated trade unions, Victor Duarte (Sindel, Portugal) and Filip Baeckenlandt (Acod Gazelco, Belgium), met the Portuguese State Secretary for Energy and Industry, Victor Santos to hand in a petition signed by 40,000 workers...
