The Norwegian Government has announced that it is willing to sell the state's 34.65% stake in CHRISTIANIA BANK. It has already rejected a bid of USD 2.75 billion by NORDIC BALTIC HOLDING, which owns MNB -MERITANORDBANKEN- and the Danish bank-insurer UNIDANMARK, which it considered too low.
