ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) logistics

The Hispanic-French cigarette maker ALTADIS and the Spanish publisher PLANETA will be placing on the stock exchange part of their shares in their Spanish distribution and logistics subsidiary LOGISTA (turnover of ESP 444.28 billion). ALTADIS, which currently owns 75.63% of LOGISTA, will sell a 25% stake and PLANETA, which owns 13.55%, will sell a 10.6% share.
