UNILEVER BELGIUM (Anglo-Dutch group UNILEVER has sold its meat plant in Schoten to the Dutch firm STRUIK FOOD GROUP. The amount of the transaction was not disclosed. The group is also studying the possibility of raising its bid on the American group BESTFOODS (see EI of 10 and 25 May).
