CAMPENON BERNARD (French group VINCI) has bought the American firm BSSI -BAKER SUPPORT SERVICES INC- (turnover of USD 60 million in 1999 with a workforce of 900 and 35 plants throughout the country). The arrangements of the transactions were not disclosed.
