The Flemish Belgian operator TELENET has concluded an agreement with the American financial group CALLAHAN ASSOCIATES for the sale of 55% of its capital. The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed. Analysts estimate 100% of TELENET to be worth EUR 1.9 billion.
