The European investment fund BC PARTNERS, associated with INTERBANCA, the investment bank belonging to ANTONVENETA, has invested USD 2.03 billion in the automotive equipment company MARK VI (annual turnover of around USD 2 billion with 15,600 employees). At the conclusion of the operation, BC PARTNERS will own 80% of the American firm and INTERBANCA 10%; ABN AMRO, ARCA MERCHANT and HOPA will share the remainder.
