COEMAN TRADING (MITISKA group) and the shareholders in NOLMANS FAMILIEWINKELS have signed an agreement for the merger of their companies. A new firm will be set up, consolidating the two groups' eleven sales outlets. It is expected to post turnover of around FRF 1.2 billion for 2000.
