Commission confirms that it is investigating into possible abuse of a dominant position by AstraZeneca regarding anti-ulcer drug Losec

Brussels, 19/05/2000 (Agence Europe) - This week, the European Commission confirmed that it was investigating the conduct of the Anglo-Swedish pharmaceutical company AstraZeneca, to see whether there was no abuse of a dominant position regarding the anti-ulcer drug Losec, the company's leading product.
