Brussels, 19/05/2000 (Agence Europe) - The General Affairs Council to be chaired on Monday by Portugal's Foreign Minister Jaime Gama will be a little more complicated than usual. The sitting will begin at 9.00 a.m., but will be interrupted at 11.30 for a ministerial-level meeting of the Intergovernmental Conference (see page 3).
