ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) frozen foods

ARDO GROEP, a holding of ARDOVRIES (turnover of FEB 8.5 billion in 1999 with a workforce of 1,100), Europe's leader in frozen vegetables, has bought the frozen foods division of Portugal's MONLIZ. The amount of the sale was not made public.
