Western Balkans and conflicts in Africa on the agenda of Monday's General Affairs Council

Brussels, 19/05/2000 (Agence Europe) - The General Affairs Council (GAC) is meeting on Monday under the Presidency of Jaime Gama and in the presence of the High Representative Javier Solana and Commissioner Chris Patten. In the afternoon, it will deal with the following foreign policy issues:
