GIMV (Gewestelijke Investeringsmaatschappij Vlaanderen), the investment company for the Flemish Region of Belgium, has taken over the Dutch company HALDER (results of FEB 160 million expected in 2000), an important fund manager, for FEB 1.5 billion.
