CALLAHAN, an American private investment group, has been authorised to buy 55% of the cable TV network of Germany's DEUTSCHE TELEKOM in Badem-Würtemmberg, after buying 55% of the network in North Rhine-Westphalia. DEUTSCHE TELEKOM is keeping a 45% stake in both regions.
