19/05/2000 (Agence Europe) - At another colloquium marking the 50th anniversary of the Schuman Declaration, held in Scy-Chazelles, two former MEPs -Hans-August Lücker and Jean Setlinger- and current Member Doris Pack, discussed the subject "From the Schuman Declaration to the European Constitution".
