Climate change, biodiversity, trade, environment and chemical products the focus of third session of Transatlantic Environment Dialogue

Brussels, 12/05/2000 (Agence Europe) - The third edition of the Transatlantic Environment Dialogue (TAED), which brings together the non-governmental environmental defence organisations twice yearly as well as the policy decision-makers of the Union and the United States, was held on Thursday afternoon in Brussels. It was continued on Friday with a seminar devoted to a comparative analysis of Community and American environmental policies, in terms of aims, approach and procedures.
