12/05/2000 (Agence Europe) - On 17 May, on the fringe of the EP's plenary session in Strasbourg, MEPs of all political groups (except that of the Union for a Europe of Nations) will present a "Passport for Freedom" that they will hand to people fighting for human rights and whose safety or freedom are threatened.
