Sweden's SCA - SVENSKA CELLULOSA AKTEIBOLAGET, one of the Europe's principle manufacturers of personal hygiene products, has taken over the subsidiary of the American JOHNSON AND JOHNSON, specialised in adult incontinence with the product brand "Serenity", marketed in the United States and which has an annual turnover of $50 million.
