12/05/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has sent reasoned opinions to: 1) Greece; which has not complied with a Court of Justice decision concerning improper application of the used accumulator and battery directive; 2) Portugal for non-compliance with the directive on drinking water in the Azores.
