07/02/2000 (Agence Europe) - The ex-President of the Court of justice Ole Due handed Commission President Romano Prodi the report by the group he presides over the future of the EU judicial system, in the context of the future institutional reform (in his opinion on the IGC, the Commission left this aspect aside while awaiting the Due report).
