Budapest feels that time has come to tackle real problems in accession negotiations - Calls on EU to present the "precise and substantial" negotiating positions

Brussels, 07/02/2000 (Agence Europe) - The Hungarian Ambassador to the EU, Endre Juhasz, who is also the head negotiator of the accession negotiations, called for the Member States to table, as quickly as possible "precise, complete and substantial" negotiating positions so that the EU and the candidate countries can seriously negotiate the more difficult problems that remain.
