Anti-dumping or anti-subsidy laws on steel products from India, Taiwan, South Africa, Bulgaria and FRY

Brussels, 07/02/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission introduced anti-dumping and anti-subsidy duties on the importing of hot-rolled iron or steel alloy coils, originating from a third country. It concerns definitive duties, that the Commission can impose under ECSC Treaty; they are therefore valid for five years, but a revaluation is foreseen within two years.

The measure concern the following exporter countries:
