Vienna/Lisbon/Madrid/Brussels, 07/02/2000 (Agence Europe) - The President of Austria announced on Monday that the Portuguese President Jorge Sampaio, without giving his reasons, postponed sine die an official visit to Austria foreseen from the 1st till 3 March.
