ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) automotive equipment

HAYS LOGISTICS (Britain) will gradually be taking over all the spare parts distribution activities of the heavy goods vehicles maker IVECO (Italian group FIAT). These activities represent turnover of EUR 305 million. HAYS LOGISTICS has also announced the acquisition of the British logistics firm EPS (turnover of EUR 42 million for the fiscal year ending on 26 March 1999), specialist in services related to mobile telephony.
