Commission authorises the take-over of Celsius by Saab (armaments sector)

Brussels, 07/02/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission authorised Saab AB to acquire the totality of the Swedish public company Celsius AB, which operates in three main sectors: defence, aeronautical techniques and aeronautical services. Saab is also a Swedish company, jointly owned by the British Bae Systems plc and the Swedish Investor AN.
