EU Council approves protocols amending automatic exchange of financial account information with five neighbouring countries

10/10/2025 (Agence Europe) – In Luxembourg on Friday, 10 October, European finance ministers approved the amending protocols to the agreement between the European Union and Andorra, Liechtenstein, Monaco, San Marino, and Switzerland on the automatic exchange of financial account information. The purpose of these changes is to comply with changes to the common reporting standard developed by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) (see EUROPE B13685A17)....
