Migrant smuggling, Commission refers Hungary to Court of Justice of EU

On Wednesday 7 May, the Commission decided to refer Hungary to the Court of Justice of the European Union for failing to comply with EU legislation on migrant smuggling (Directive 2002/90/EC and Council Framework Decision 2002/946/JHA), according to a press release.
