Following the publication on Tuesday 6 May of the European Commission’s roadmap for a definitive phase-out of Russian fossil fuels, Hungary and Slovakia voiced their dissatisfaction, in stark contrast to most other EU countries which welcomed the Commission’s long-awaited initiative (see EUROPE B13634A1).
