Commission takes Bulgaria, Greece and Poland to European Court of Justice for failure to transpose Eurovignette Directive

On Wednesday 7 May, the European Commission decided to refer Bulgaria, Greece and Poland to the Court of Justice of the European Union for failure to transpose EU rules on the charging of vehicles for the use of certain infrastructures (2022/362) (see EUROPE B12893A15).
