Commission refers four EU Member States to Court of Justice for failure to fulfil obligations in maritime and inland waterway sectors

On Wednesday 7 May, the European Commission referred Sweden to the Court of Justice of the EU for failing to remedy an infringement in relation to the EU’s legal framework on maritime security.
