Farming organisations call on European Commission to step up pace on ‘RENURE’ fertilisers

The European farming organisations Copa-Cogeca, the European Biogas Association (EBA) and the European Agricultural Machinery Association (CEMA) wrote to Commissioners Jessika Roswall (Environment) and Christophe Hansen (Agriculture), on Thursday 10 April, calling on them to amend the Nitrates Directive as quickly as possible in order to “clarify derogation around RENURE technologies” (manure-based fertilisers).
