European Commission consults on internal market dimension of future annual rule of law report

20/12/2024 (Agence Europe) – On Friday 20 December, the European Commission launched an additional targeted consultation to gather information on the single market dimension of the future annual report on the rule of law, according to a press release. In her political guidelines for 2024-2029, President Ursula von der Leyen announced that a single market dimension would be added to the rule of law report, covering issues affecting businesses, particularly SMEs, operating across borders....
