Assembly conference on proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and terrorism with Ana Palacio

Brussels, 04/02/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Assembly of the Western European Union - The Interparliamentary European Security and Defence Assembly presided by Armand de Decker is organising a conference on the theme "The European Security and Defence Policy: how to deal with the new threats". The conference will be held on 9 and 10 February in Valencia, in Spain.
