04/02/2004 (Agence Europe) - Under the simplified merger review procedure the European Commission has granted clearance under the Merger Regulation to the creation of HydroWingas Ltd, a joint venture between the Norsk Hydro UK Ltd. and Wingas GmbH of Germany. The joint venture will supply and trade natural gas in the UK.
