The Danish GROUP 4 FALCK (turnover of EUR 4.6 bn in 2003) is in merger talks wit the British company SECURICOR (turnover of £ 1.26 bn for the 2002-3 tax year). This possible merger will be preceded by a separation of the security division, which makes up for 80% of the GROUP 4 FALCK's profits.
